Runners & Superfans,

A few updates concerning the next couple of weeks of cross country.

  1. Tomorrow, Friday October19th the XC team will have our first ever George’s breakfast run.  Runners will meet at SHS and travel to Springfield, MO for practice.  Boys will run a 10K with Coach Brown and the girls will run an 8K with Coach Fabro and all the runs will end at George’s Steakhouse for breakfast.  Runners will need to dress for the weather, have a change of clothes, and some money for breakfast.  George’s is awfully cheap, delightfully greasy, and super delicious.  Runners should be back to SHS by 11 a.m.
