9/27 Lamar XC invitational: HIGH SCHOOL ONLY

Students will be released at 1:15 to load the bus and should return to school at approximately 9 p.m.  We will be stopping for food on the way home so students should budget some money for dinner.

This will meet will be serving as a training run only and we will not be running this meet competitively.  Our only goal is to preview the course and to get mentally prepared for districts which will be held at this venue.  The varsity boys will be running this race at a set pace which will be given to them by me.  Once again, my goal is to allow the boys to see and experience the course and still have plenty of fresh legs for a great race at Chile Pepper.
