III. Please drop all kids off at the race start and tent set-up area. Buses will continue on and park at the west end of the park by the dam

V. Please bring your own water. There will be porta-potties but no potable water in the park. Swimming is prohibited in Fellows Lake.

VI. We are providing t-shirts for coaches so please let me know your sizes. We will also have popsicles for the kids after the race and tshirts for them to purchase.

VII. I will need your entire roster before August 29th.

VIII. $100.00 entry fee

IX. This is the first race of the year and currently we have 25 schools entered. Both kids, parents, and coaches will be nervous and excited for the start of the season and we will all just need to be patient, kind, and willing to work together. I’m fully intending to have a great time and watch a lot of kids run some great races.

Best of luck with your season and I look forward to seeing all of you on the 3rd.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and let me know if I have forgot anything
